Healthy skincare that actually works is hard to come by. That's why I'm excited to tell you about Osea, an all-natural skincare brand I've been getting great results from.
After becoming chronically ill years ago, I began having strange symptoms that I never had before. Suddenly, scents and chemicals that never bothered me were causing severe allergic reactions. Hyaluronic Acid (you've probably heard the term everywhere these days) is great for plumping, brightening and tightening the skin. I use the Hyaluronic Sea Serum under the Undaria Algae Oil to lock in moisture before bed and as soon as I wake up in the morning.

The Vagus Nerve runs from the chest along each side of the neck, stopping behind the ears. When you purchase this oil, OSEA sends a guide that helps you do a Vagus Nerve massage by yourself to get the optimal stress-reducing effects from the oil. This doubles as a lymphatic massage which is important to do routinely!
If you have trouble sleeping due to stress, I highly recommend this product. On the nights that I use it, I feel relieved from tension and I always get a good night's sleep.
Undaria Algae Body Oil
After a long day in the ocean or sun, skin needs its moisture back. Even though this is a body oil, I like to use it on my face as a moisturizer as well. After two months of daily use, my skin is so much softer.
